Qrides Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Qrides rider app, Qrides Captain app, and related services. By creating an account or using Qrides, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Captains must hold valid licences, approvals, insurance, and vehicle documents required in their operating area.
Platform service
Qrides provides technology that connects riders with independent transportation providers. Availability, estimates, routes, pickup times, and fares can vary due to demand, traffic, location, and operational conditions.
Fares, payments, cancellations, and payouts
Applicable fares and fees are shown in the app. You authorise Qrides and its payment providers to process charges or payouts. Cancellation fees, refunds, wallet adjustments, commissions, incentives, and payout timing are governed by the terms shown in the app and applicable law.
Safety and conduct
- Do not harass, discriminate, threaten, defraud, or endanger another person.
- Do not misuse location, communications, payment, referral, rating, or support features.
- Riders must respect captains and vehicles. Captains must drive safely and follow transport laws.
- Report emergencies to local emergency services first, then contact Qrides support.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for safety risks, suspected fraud, legal or policy violations, invalid documents, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using Qrides and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Qrides is not responsible for delays or failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
