Delete your Qrides account
This page applies to both Qrides Rider and Qrides Captain.
Fastest method: in the app
- Open the Qrides app and sign in.
- Open Account or Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number/email associated with your account. Include whether the account is Rider or Captain and the registered phone number with country code. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details, or identity documents.

What is deleted: your account and personal profile data, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
What may be retained: limited transaction, payout, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legal records for the period required by law. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
